For 30 years, Thomas Turner has represented buyers and sellers as a licensed realtor — from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. His specialty is investment properties, new construction, distressed properties, foreclosures, and probate/estate real estate, giving clients an agent who understands complex deals, not just standard listings.

Licensed since 1995, Thomas has held active real estate licenses across four states — New Jersey (31 years), Pennsylvania (15 years), and New York and Florida (approximately 5 years) — giving buyers and sellers the benefit of broad, multi-market experience. He is currently affiliated with HALO Realty, serving clients throughout NJ, NY, PA, and FL.

Separate from his work representing clients, Thomas is also an active investor with over 100 transactions of his own — rehabbing and flipping properties, holding and managing small apartment buildings as rentals, and building new construction from his own architect-designed plans. That hands-on, ground-up experience gives him a practical understanding of construction, renovation, and value that most agents simply don't have.

Thomas also owned and operated his own mortgage business, and was among the most licensed mortgage brokers in Florida and New Jersey for years. That background means he understands both sides of a deal — the financing and the real estate itself — a rare, unified perspective that helps clients navigate everything from a straightforward purchase to a complicated investment or distressed-property transaction.

His professional credentials include Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Foreclosure Specialist, and Nationally Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and he has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2004. He also holds a New Jersey Home Improvement/General Contractor license, adding renovation and construction know-how to his real estate expertise.

Thomas has worked with a wide range of clients — including first-time buyers, seasoned investors, doctors, attorneys, trustees, accountants, and financial institutions — and has been appointed directly by judges to handle complex real estate matters before the courts.
